Is the salary of a part time position without benefits employee the same with a part time with benefits?

I'm working as a nurse.

Don't you think the one with no benefits should have a higher rate than the one who receives benefits?

Salaries and benefits are two different things.....so it can be the same salary but with or without benefits.

Salaries maybe the same but benefits count for a whole lot more. I would definitely try to get something with benefit.
