The projected salary after working as a certified nursing assistant for 5 or 10 years?

The projected salary after working as a certified nursing assistant for 5 or 10 years?

it depends on where ur working. nursing homes usually top out at about 12 or 13 an hour. hospitals will pay more, especially if u work in a specialized unit like icu, l&d or ed. if u want to make good money, go and get your rn lic. cnas are way underpayed for the work they do.

CNAs make a little over minimum wage, I know this because I was a CNA at a nursing home, when I was in University. I started by making $5.50/hour; on my fifth year, when I was graduating from college, I was making $6.23/hour. This was in ATL, Georgia. CNAs don't make that much; don't be fooled.

In hospitals they make around $8/hour to $12/hour(for those who have worked 20+ years).
