How much is a nurses aide starting salary in a hospital in Pa? How much do they start in Pa in a hospital?

I'm not exactly sure...but my half-sister became a nurse about 30 miles from Philly a few years back, and I believe she started out around $20-25 or maybe a little higher. I'm not 100% sure though. So a nurses aide might make a little less.
