What is the average nursing salary in New Zealand?

My wife and I intend emigrating to New Zealnd next year.
She is currently working as an Intensive Care Unit nurse in Liverpool, UK. Could somebody please let us know what salary she could expect to earn in New Zealand?

i don't know how much but i know through a work college that the money is not as good there as here but the cost of living is a lot cheaper.

You should check out the British Expats forum - I have posted the link below. There are currently a few active threads at the moment specifically concerned with nursing and salaries. My understanding is that a nurse could earn between $40,000 (very low - our receptionist at work earns nearly that) and $55,000.
