In the US or Estonia? I mean, give me at least a continent to work with. Are you thinking of settling somewhere near McMurdo Station? One of the Galilean moons? East L.A.? Just narrow it down to a hemisphere.

Call any real estate agent in the area you wish to buy a house in and tell them what you want and all your restrictions and requirements. That's what they do for a living.

Normally a real estate agent is the seller's agent but you can specifically look for one who will act as your (buyer's) agent. That is preferable because then you will know for sure that he/she is on YOUR side and looking out for YOUR best interests. The seller generally pays their fee, even if you hire a buyer's agent, but not always. That's part of the negotiation process.

You can look in the yellow pages for a real estate agent that advertises as being a buyer's agent.
