I assume you are a CNA. Many people become CNA's prior to becoming LPN's or RN's. Congratulations you are in an excellent field for growth!
As far as salary goes whatever the "market rate" is probably is what you can expect to be paid. Probably around $12 to $16 an hour. IF you are willing to work late nights/weekends it may be better. The EXPERIENCE you can garner that will assist you if you purse a certification as an LPN or RN in the future is a big intangible benefit to working as a CNA. Good luck!
