No difference, dermatologist can work with RN's, Practical nurses or certified medical assistants, that is the difference, they all demand different rates of pay so it is determined by what the Dr's needs are in the office.
Since they are specialists they may pay a liitle better then for example a general practitioner but this is true for any specialty.
