Career advice - Information about Nurse anesthetist? 10 points to best answer------------------------...

Just wondering if anyone is a nurse anesthetist or knows info about becoming one...or if you have any advice about the medical field in general or other career advice.

Thank you.

hi
to become one u need to be RN with BSN. u need expereince at least 2 years in ICU as an RN. u need to have gpa at least 3. the rest depends on school u want to apply to.
of course a lot of hard work and being unemplyed for around 2
years also required because its an intense full time curriculum that leaves no room for job or anything else pretty much. my boyfriend just finished his 1st year, and trust me i know. u have to be surrounded by people who trully care for u and understand what it would be like. of course upon completion, sky is only the limit.
good luck, hope i was helpful. i am in a family nurse practitioner masters program.
