Career Questions!?

1.)Is there something as an assistant lawyer? Like a secretary for a lawyer?

2.) I don't know which career to pick,
nurse?
real estate?
lawyer?
a marine biologist?

Which do you think is better?
Which one pays more?
How long is each career?

Is there any website where i can type any career and see all the information I asked for?

FYi;; I'm still in 7th grade!!

Yes, an assistant to a lawyer is a paralegal. You do have to go to school for that, after high school.

I think it is great that you are thinking about your future. Ask yourself a few questions:

1. What do I like to do? Do you like science and math ( marine biologist) english and debate (law).etc. Go on Wikipedia and you will get good summaries of what different professions do. Ask yourself, do you want to go to college? How about a masters degree? Do you like working with your hands? Do you like doing things at a desk, or do you like to be outside? All of these kinds of questions can help you find a path for the future.

2.It is too early for you to pick a career. However, you can join some clubs at school that expose you to different things, that will help you determine a good fit. For instance, when my kids were your age, one went on the debate team ( the club was called forensics), another tried out for plays, both kids did sports, one was in a language club. Some schools have Future Teachers of America, some have science clubs. Your first step is to join a club, and see if you like it. Try things out, and be open-minded.Some schools even have Moot Court ( preparing and arguing a case before a mock judge). It can be a lot of fun. Why not go down to your guidance counselor, and ask what things you can do to help you get an idea of what you might like? The trick to finding a satisfying career is doing something that you are interested in! Good luck and have lots of fun exploring!!!!!!
