Scrub suits for moslim females?

Moslim nurses and dental assistants are reluctant to wear the usual scrubs with short sleeves and exposed neck. Nurses that attent in the OR have to cover thier hair and neck as well. Any solutions on how to work around it and still fulfill infection control requirements?

Scrubs are great & i've worn them for a couple of years now. I find them very comfortable & they don't cling to body parts such as your waiste, thights & breasts. I would say that if your scrubs have a v neck or round neck then you could wear a skivvy or something to cover up those exposed areas underneath the scrubs. There is certainly enough room to be comfortable in more than one layer.

Just go the extra mile and wear full biohazard suits.

I have no idea what you're talking about, for the most part.

But aren't all OR workers required to cover their hair?
