Teams in a Health & Social Care Setting?

This is for my A level Double Award Health & Social care coursework and I am looking at teams. I need to find how each of these teams benefit a phsyically disabled child when they attend. I am not asking what the teams do because I done that and it is compeletly wrong. Its how the team together works to benefit the child. The teams I am looking help on are
Occupational therapy
Speech therapy
Physiotherapy
Teachers
Swimming Coaches
PTA (Parent teacher assosiation)
Cleaners
Nurses
Classroom Assistants
Thanks so much for your time I really appriecate it =]
