On my council estate we ALL share the bathwater. Once the dole scroungers and benefit fraudsters have finished we let the druggies and pimps get in. We aren't silly though, the water is not poured away..Oh no. We fill the water boiler with it and make tea for the rest of the week. By the way, 'council' has no 'u' and 'their' is spelt as shown. Thought your public school would have taught you that!
