My mother is a physicans assistant at the Job Corp in L.A.,C.A. .She is very angry about the lack of supplies? |
She has worked there for many years and is asstounded at the lack of the basic things needed to insure the clients health.Today she was without a light bulb, speculums, birth control and medicine for stds. She told the charge nurse, that blamed it on other nurses and around and around,no one is taking responsibility. This is a very dangerous situation.Any suggestions to whom she can go to for help? Thanks in advance. JACO I understand your frustration and it's great that you are trying to do something about it. This post could get your mom in big trouble, though. It is too specific and she can be identified from the info you provide. Even though it's not fair, it could create major problems for her at work, possibly even put her job at risk. She should be going to her bosses, not the charge nurse, who is her subordinate. |
