How much do nurses or medical assistants make an hour?

I'm doing a project in Math, where we have jobs and we make a chart on how much we make. For today i need to know how much a nurse or medical assistant makes an HOUR.

There is a big difference between what a LPN (licensed Practical Nurse, think 1yr college) and a RN (Registered Nurse 2-4 yr college) make in my state (Michigan) a LPN can make as low as $15/hr although $18/hr and a bit more is more on average. A RN can make $28 to $40/hr(depending on specialty, experience shift premium and many other factors). The thing that might throw your math off, if you are taking it into account is some of the neat things that Hospitals will sometimes offer nurses who work odd or difficult shifts. For one thing Night Shifts usually make a premium...a few dollars more per hour. Some hospitals offer "bower" (I don't know how to spell this word I've only ever heard it not seen it.) weekend. Bower weekends is (where I am located) when a nurse works 3 -12 hour shifts at a premium time, either weekends or nights and instead of only being paid for 36 hours they are paid for full time. Anything over their 36 hours then goes into the much wanted overtime.
There are a lot of different incentives that can be used by hospitals when they are short of nurses. What I've already mentioned and sign on bonus, $700- $5000 Good luck on your homework.

too much

A nurse in California would typically make around $36/hr. I think a better estimate would be around 23 dollars an hour though.

It seems obvious to me that it depends on many factors.
What hospital, what field, what senority, etc.

i dont know! 50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,200 etc.(simply me!)

what place or city

Depends on where you are, etc.
But I bet it's pretty safe to say it's $20 an hour and up.

A Rn makes between 25-40 dollars a hour.
I am a med asst i make 12 dollars a hour
