How to write a CV as a care assistant?

Working experience is 5 years. Working a Senior Carer in one of the Nursing Home

Hi , are you applying for a job?? if so get the job description and the person specification and look at the essential and desirable elements for the job.
Next you make sure that you mention your experience for all of these elements- in particular the essential ones.
Personnel when looking at shortlisting HAVE to give an interview to those candidates who have the necessary qualities needed for the job.
If you are writing a CV fo rthe future then you need to think what the skills are for a senior care and what experience you have to date. Mention your hobbies too as they are an indicator about a person, and hobbies can be useful in some jobs- i.e. an interest in watching motor cycle racing- there may be someone who you may potentially care for who enjoys that very same sport and you can talk and visit places.

Don't leave any gaps in your employment history,if you have had a period of non employment put in the reason why- I.e. 3 years bringing up my children.
