In a nursing home what is a "sparrow unit"?

my mom got to work into a nursing home here in England as a care assistant, shes going to be working in the sparrow unit what is that?

Here in the USA we don't have any unit called a sparrow unit so I can't help you. Post what it is if you find out as I would be interested in knowing as I have spent 33 years working in nursing homes.
