Any other nursing assistants get really annoyed from there patients? |
at work and sick of these people putting their call buttons on for stupid ****! ahhh its the end of my 3 day stretch. take me home.im usually not this impatient. Yes. Usually they call for no reason. Like someone saying,"AM I sitting okay?" Or they pretend they didn't do it. It's stressful I know. Some have dementia and their behavior is explainable. But many are just plain fools that do it for fun and to make you mad on purpose knowing full well you cannot say or do anything about it. if you are annoyed by your patients, then you are in the wrong profession. That's your job. If you don't like it, change professions. These people are sick and don't feel good. They need an empathetic caring nurse not somene who thinks they're annoying. You are in the wrong line of work. Put yourself in the shoes of your patients. |
