Hi can some one tell me the average starting pay for and activities assistant in a nursing home/rehab .? |
would the pay go up after reciving associate's of applied science where I work they get anywhere from 12-14 an hr. Nursing homes are notorious for paying activities assistants less than they are worth; where I live, they make about the same as a CNA. Check out salary.com for the average in your area. |

The hospital I work at, they give you a base pay rate. Depending on what shift(s) you work, depends on exactly how much you make an hour. If you work daytime shift, you only make your base pay rate...
