What career pays more physical therapist assistant or nursing?

RNs typically are paid better than PTAs. However, this will depend on your setting and area of expertise. An RN's salary is more likely to be along the lines of a PT (as opposed to the PTA). Both RNs an PTs will have more potenital for growth and advancement as opposed to a PTA.

Nursing.

physical therapy assistant is a lower paying health care job. It's $15/hour compared to an RN's $30/hour.
