Working in a private residence as nursing assistant are we supposed to be paid a premium to our odd work hours As long as you are paid what the law says....extra pay is an employer incentive....you may want to look into your employees manual and see if there is a stipulation regarding that....employers sometimes forget what's in there own rules and regs sometimes. |
