As a nursing assistant working in home health, is it right to search out other job oppurtunities? But of course!!! Yes, you should always look for ways to better yourself and your life. Keep in mind that you may not want to get into a situation where you have a conflict of interest (ie taking one of your current home health patients and caring for them privately). There may be rules against this in your firm. Go head and do what is healthy and good for you. Of course. Some CNAs who don't get enough hours from one home health agency will also work with another. If you want to have benefits, you might want to check out employment opportunities at a hospital Go for it! Please do, CNA's are constantly dumped on for very little money. Use what you know and continue your education or take your skills and look elsewhere. Good luck! |
