If a woman has 2 dwi and on probation are they allowed to keep their cartified nursing assistant licience? |
a woman i work with has 2 drunk while intoxacated and on probation is she allowed to keep her certified nursing assistant licience.and allowed to work at a nursing home. Depends entirely on the state. Most states will let you keep your license if it is a misdemeanor. Felonies are another matter. Hopefully not, but again, it depends on the state. You should probably approach your boss about this matter. Certification or not, those can be grounds for suspension or removal from the workplace. It depends on the Company or Union she's affiliated with. |
