Nursing Assistant..? |
I saw an Ad in the paper for Nurses assistant..now there are other ads for CNA's..has anyone here ever been a Nurses assistant by having no experience and not being a Certified Nurses Assistant? Thanks! All places require CNA's now...Most nursing homes will hire u untrained and then train u (and pay u while u are being trained).. Others want u to already be certified..some schools do that.. U can work so long without being certified but not long... They want to be sure that u know how to wipe butts and make up beds..so they test u on it.. You have to take some classes, take a state test, and get certified. Some facilities will hire you and train you on computer so you can take your state test also. You just need to check it out. |
