Is the Bank of America listed under your agency? If so what is it rated?

I recieved a letter from NAN-National Association of Nurses. Which after calling the number it was actually Bank of America. Is this company listed under the nursing association, and if so what is it's ratings with customers.

Bank of America is the 4th largest bank in the world.
