Need ideas on creating a poster for my nursing unit for texas nurse friendly association?

theme is: Journey To Excellence

Lots of pictures and photos of nurses doing work! I get alot of crap from people who say we don't do anything but pass pills! I like to show them how much we really do! make sure everyone is smiling...put a huge white dove with outspread wings on the top, and title it, "We soar when we help you" Good Luck!

Put up a pic of George Bush and write under: "Friendly fire keeps our nurses working".
