P&S friend in hospital, is it acceptable to flirt with her nurse on line, or even compulsary?

Susan M is in hospital this week, but her nurse has been kind enough to let susan use her laptop, for which I am very grateful
that was a nice gesture. Thanks very much !.
But somehow I have this overwhelming urge to shamelessly flirt
with this nurse, who in my imagination is drop dead gorgeous.
She's thousands of miles away so it is perfectly impractical, but still as a hot blooded bachelor visiting a friend (on line ) in hospital I feel like flirting with the nurse behind her back.
I think this is a cultural thing or is this a slightly perverted streak.
I'll start with a dozen winks across the ocean, and blow a few kisses. Some for the nurse and some for Susan because I'm an immoral, brazen two-timer as well it seems.

We are used to men's nurse fantasies.

I love nurses! I grew up when they wore those pretty little dresses and cute hats and always thought it was sexy. I like and respect the work they do and know how much they give to others. Now they dress like the cleaning ladies and have lost the "look" I always loved but I still admire them for their work and caring for others. Put me on the flirt list for the nurse!
