What's the approx salary of a RN in CT?

What's the difference of salary between an Associate and a bachelor of science in nursing?
how hard is the state exam?

It's called state boards, state licensing boards or the board exam. We just call it "boards". It is necessarily tough but if you are prepared, it's not so bad. I suppose you know that it's computer testing. In the October 2006 issue of Nursing2006, a salary survey was published. Hospital RNs make an average of $56,000, in University hospitals the average is $60,000. The current average full-time hourly rate by region is for New England, $22.30 based on a 40-hr workweek. The national average starting annual salary is $42,848. The breakdown by education is for Diploma RN: $57,400 (most likely because these RNs have been in the profession longer than other RNs); AD: $51,100; BSN: $55,300; and MSN: $60,500.

The difference between the salary of an RN-BSN and an RN-ADN is about $4,200 a year.

Thanks for choosing my answer as the best one. I trust you found the information to be useful. Report It
