If i have a bachelors in science of nursing, will it help me become a registered nurse?

If you are in an accredited program, and have received your bachelors of Science in Nursing (or BSN), then you can go ahead and take the exams to become an RN.

A B.S.N. is a registered nurse, at least as soon as she passes the licensing exam.

having a BS is a prerequisite to getting a masters to become a RN
good luck it s a lot of work

Pretty much the only thing you can do, other than go on for a Master's, is to take State Boards, and become a Registered Nurse. And, I think most Master's programs want their candidates to be R.N.'s.

In most states a nursing degree is required, you may also be required to pass a state exam, hence registered nurse.

You have to aprove the licensing exam.
