What is the difference between a M氓sters in Nursing (M.S.) and a Bachelors in Nursing (B.S.)?

A master's degree is two to three more years of school than the BSN that usually have some kind of specialty focus, such as a Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, Nursing Leadership & Management, etc.

It's generally only worth it if you are looking at getting away from bedside nursing and patient care and are interested in larger-scale administration or management, or teaching nursing.

M.S. is a degree superior to B.S.
