How can a nurse w/ bachelor's become a pharmacist?

The first thing to do would be to visit or contact a school that offers a degree in pharmacy. Find out their admissions requirements. Because you're a nurse, you've probably taken a lot of basic science courses. This is a good start, but you'll probably need to do really intense chemistry coursework. See if any of your existing qualifications overlap with those of potential pharmacists. Also, since you're a nurse, I'd definitely suggest heading down to the pharmacy that your practice is affiliated with and asking them questions. They would know best, after all.

Go to the website of the pharmacy school that you're considering attending. Look at what their requirements are for admission, and whatever you haven't taken already, take . Remember that you'd also have to take the PCAT and do well. Depending on how long ago you got your Bachelor's, you might want to ask the pharmacy school if the classes you took for your degree still count.
