Need help...regarding nursing care plans...i am a student need your advice...?

what is good nursing diagnosis for a hypertension? because what i know is that hypertension is a doctor diagnosis not a nursing diagnosis....and give me what are the intervensions for that....thanks...

Fluid volume excess r/t hypertension
Administer diuretics to promote fluid excretion. Record effects.
Assess patient daily for edema, including ascites and dependant or sacral edema.
Maintain patient on sodium-restricted diet, as ordered, to reduce excess fluid and prevent reaccumulation.
