Can Somebody help me provide a NCP nursing care plan about a patient on post partum? I don't know either, but I had a friend who failed her nursing class and lost an entire year because she didn't do them well. The good news is that she finished and had a great career. it's a process. 1st you choose a diagnosed r/t the patient needs. Did she have a ceserean(risk for infection r/t surgery) |
