What is the nursing care plan for patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB)?

can u please give the nursing diagnosis together with the care plan in a neat manner. thx.

wah....this 1 for sure nursing students looking for answers....still wants everything be nicely planned out....

the only clue i will give u is
PTB is a medical diagnosis....think of the problems the patients will face.........

here are some nursing diagnoses - you figure outs the ADPIE.

decreased respiratory output
acute pain
risk for injury
activity intolerance
anxiety

Good Luck nursing student!! I suggest-Respiratory insufficency r/t infectious process. Nsg measures--respiratory treatments prescribed, supply o2, assist adl's, teaching on sputum collection/isolation-flush tissues, address isolation (feeling isolated) issues, negative pressure rooms, repeat labs/tests/cultures/scans, etc.
