Can you help me with nursing care plan??

i have this patient who had just undergone a minor surgery on her breast cyst... there's no other problems but that. how can i make a nursing care plan out of this? can someone help me? i'm a sopphomore nursing student.

ps. if i were asked to make a complete assessment of a patient, what should my assessment contain??

Check for infection at site, antibiotic regimen and vitamin supplements. Use Mederma on wound after drainage bag removed to prevent scarring. Make sure Pt. comfortable and positioned correctly while sitting or at rest, as to relieve pressure on wound site. Follow up with exercise regimen to strengthen sore muscles/ chart results.
