Nursing Care Plans? "Nurses Only"?

Does anyone know of a website that helps with writing care plans, or has examples of different ones? Or do any of yall have example careplans that could be emailed to me? I am a nursing student

I actually don't know of a website in particular, but when I was in nursing school, I used a book (and there are a ton of the out there) that had a bunch of prefabricated care plans that I would use and pick from to use with my homework.

i'm a nursing student too, but i find if i need any of that stuf, i either ask one of the lecturers at university to help me out, or a nurse at my clinical placement area, ie, the hospital where i'm based at the moment. i find they're always more than happy to help with stuff like that
