What are some careers in a mental hospital besides nurses and psychiatrists?

Ward clerks, registration clerks, medical records, bed allocation, switchboard, food services, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
There are lots of jobs in any type of mental health facility other than just docs & nurses. (although the docs and nurses think not)

Physician assistant. They have good salaries.

Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Art Therapist. PT and OT are excellent fields where there are more positions that applicants so you can almost always find a good job.
