Should I confront these people?

I'm in my late 20's I have a great career (just finished my nurse practioner program) and overall I"m satisfied with my life. When I was 13 y/o I had a boyfriend, he really ruined my life. He was so jealous that he would not let me wear cute clothes or make-up, him and his family made me feel fat and ugly. I have met up with him and his awful family again, should I tell them how they made me feel? Yes I know I was stupid for dating him when I was so young, but thats another story :(

I would not give them the satisfaction of letting them know that they affected you. They probably would not feel bad or apologize anyway.
Stay as far away as possible, and if you do happen to run into them, let them see what a wonderful and successful young lady you turned out to be.

Congrats to you.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SEE THOSE PEOPLE AGAIN IF THEY TREATED YOU SO BAD. LEAVE THEM ALONE.

The best revenge is to pretend you don't even know them.

Totally agree with the previous answer! What goes around comes around?

If it will make you feel better then go for it... but don't expect them to be remorseful. They will probably act even worse.
