Has anyone got any information about crb checks? |
about 7 years ago i was questioned by the police on a certain matter, i was not arrested but i was read my rights(which i know is standard procedure) i have been thinking about a career change and getting into nursing, will this show when they do a crb check? i think i was fingerprinted, but they made it clear that i was not arrested As long as they did not arrest you or have you fingerprinted it will not show up on any records as it would be illegal. However if you were arrested after being read your rights then yes it will show up unless you were a minor at the time and then it is concealed under Juvenile laws. |
