I m interested n recruiting nurses-- how do I get started w/ this? |
I m a really great saleswoman & recruiter. I have years of accollades in various fields of sales and recruiting. I m currently interested in recruiting nurses as a change of career paths... how do I get started w/ this? How would I begin? a lot of times they prefer an actual RN nurse who wants to change career paths and become a recruiter of nurses. but since you have a good background in sales and recruiting.....you really should have no problem landing a job as a nurse recruiter. you may want to keep in mind other recruiting jobs such as techincal recruiting, financial recruiting, legal recruiting, etc. i would suggest you learn something about the medical feild, i have no idea how you get started but it sounds great!!! try to find a job with a reputable recruiting or staffing service in your area If you are as good as you say you are...why are you asking this question?????? Accolade this! P.S. your spelling need some fine tuning! |
