mom want me to b doc. father want me to do BSE nursing. i want to be a part of glam world . so i want 2 b a fasion designer and make my name in it and get lot of fame. i even sing, dance and act well . so bollywood is the place which can satisfy me and can make my dreams come true . i wanna earn lot of money. ive tried convincing my parents hard. but of no use . what do i do. please suggest.

I don't know how old you are but it is your future. Ultimately, you can do anything you want.

The difficulty you are having is, you are not being able to distinguish your dream from reality. Out of millions of people who dream of "making it bug" in hollywood, only a handful will actually succeed. It takes more than skills to succeed in hollywood or design world as well.

I will say, you should keep your options open. Knowledge in science will never be a waste. You have until third year in college to decide your course. Keep it generic and do well. Then you have wide range of options available to you, and yes, including hollywood.

Put yourself thru school and do what you want to.

It's not easy to make it in the glam world, but whatever you decide to be it should be your choice, it's your life and you have to live it.

first of all, if you want to be any of those things, learn proper english

everyone wants to earn a lot of money. there's more to live than money

You know there is no reason why you can't do as they ask, (if they are using financial support to control your choices), and follow your dreams too. Time is a buffer. I understand the stress of wanting to do something now but unless you are completely independent or can get that way to fulfill your dreams you'll need to make do. Pursue your dreams AFTER you've had your medical school for the day. There are enough hours for you to do both. Understand?

Everyone wants to be a rock star or a famous sports figure.

One thing you have to remember. There is only one Elvis and there is only one Michael Jordan. There are also about a million other people with music degrees working at McDonalds.

Put your feet on the ground and take a good hard look at what you are really good at. I'm not saying not to pursue your dreams but do it from a practical position, not from the clouds.

just tell them say;

''Mom dad I know you want me to be a science person or whatever, but I really want to be a fash. des. and I will probably do better at something I like.''

that's what Id say

Oh please.. not a fashion designer..
What's wrong in being a doctor? Of course.. you don't have to study anything to be a fashion designer..
Maybe they think that you're smart enough to do more in your life.

You should follow your goals, if your parents do not understand and do not support you, and you don麓t have money ; you should try to find a job that help you to achieve your goal. - but also try to show your parents you are mature enough to manage your life.
