You need to check with the Pennsylvania board of professional regulation to see what triggers revocation or suspension of your license. Felonies are always grounds for suspension or revocation, as are the crimes of fraud, deceptive practices, etc. (anything that impugns your character as an honest, forthright person). Good luck -

Depends on what the summary offense is ? Any medical job such as nursing does require a backgound check.

Most likely no. A summary offense is pretty much on par with a traffic ticket.
