My sister has indian passport with ECR stamp.She just finish her bsc nursing. how to get ECNR Stamp? ROSINI? |
SHE COMPLETED HER B.SC NURSING ON MARCH, SHE ONLY HAS HER CERTIFICATE COPY, NOT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE. NOW SHE PLAN TO GO ABROAD, WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO GET ECNR STAMP. PLEASE ADVICE US. As per the Emigration Act, 1983, Emigration Check Required (ECR) categories of Indian passport holders, require to obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the office of Protector of Emigrants (POE), Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs for going to certain countries. Check out for POE of your area & get "Emigration Clearance". You have to take the original B.Sc. Nursing Certificate/degree & her State Nursing Council enrollment certificate Along with the copies of these & this emigration clearance will be done on the same day itself.
