What do you think is better advanced certificate in nursing or assoisiates? |
not sure which one i should take. I know it would be better to get the associates but it costs way more.. will i still get hired with only a certificate.. any nurses out there.. thanks You will make more money, have better hours, better benefits, and more opportunity for advancement if you earn your AA. An AA only takes a little longer and many community colleges offer an AA in nursing, which is really not that expensive. The time you spend getting your AA will bet time and money well spent with the advantages over just a certificate. You will be hired with just a certificate, but you will not be making much. |
