I am investigating nursing opportunities at hospitals and clinics on Native American reservations (IHS).?

Does anyone have any experience doing this? Is it better to work through the US Public Health Service or as a Direct Hire? Can your family accompany you?

Try both avenues. Family will depend on the type of job you get.
