Looking for a college in california?

ok Im looking for a college, preferably a university, and heres my list of requirements,
1. absolutely MUST be in california(most most preferably southern)
2. has to be within one hour driving to the beach
3has to be within one hour driving to the mountains
4 has to be within one hour driving to the antelope valley
5 has to be within one hour driving to the performing arts areas in LA
6 cant be in city city or richie rich suburbia
7 has to have majors in music, theatre(actually preferably musical theatre), health & wellness(not like nursing but like nutrition & fitness combo type thing), & environmental things(like weather/forestry& plants/astronomy/conservation& protection, etc.)
8 doesnt have to but should have pretty good departments in most else.
9 HAS to accept transfer students
10 admits people fairly easily with no more than a 50/50 ethnic/white ratio(Im not prejudice but places w/ high concentrations of minorities tend to be big cities, its a fact
ok so I know this is a lot

but please, if you can help please do. Thanks so much

There are colleges in california that meets some of those requirements, but there isnt a single one that meets all 10. I suggest cutting off some of the ones that you kinda dont need (like #9 cuz i think all colleges in california accept transfer students) and just keep the most important ones.

I almost didn't answer cuz your requirements were pretty insulting and restrictive. And I do think you're a little racist, just won't admit to it.

Honestly, your "dream school" doesn't exist. Too many restrictions.

I fudged with some of your requirements though and suggest you look into Occidental College.

I'm not sure what you mean by mountains, but I counted the dinky ones like the Santa Monica or San Gabriel Mountains. No, you can't go skiing there but you're within 1 hour to the beach. You gotta pick one or the other. It's only about 1 1/2 hours to skiing anyways so it's not that far out. Skiing in SoCal is just too far from the beach to fit your requirements.

Yes, technically it's in Los Angeles. However, it's closer to Glendale and those suburbs rather than the heart of LA. The city of LA is like a bunch of suburbs anyways. You might consider Glendale, South Pas, etc to be richie rich suburbia but too f***in bad. You sound like a brat so you're gonna have to learn that you can't have everything in life.

Academically, it's good enough all around to have what you want. It only has geology, but that's an environmental type major

It's 48% white, but I figure 2% below your mark is ok.

i'll save you time.
just don't come to a California college
people here in california consider ourselves diverse. in NorCal/ Bay Area we have a dense diversity in asians and hispanics, while down in SoCal they also have an asian diversity but a much greater hispanic diversity. so no matter where you go there'll be a large ethnic to white ratio. plus you're a pretty precise person and probably won't find a college that applies to ALL of your needs so cut down on some of the requirements. try Antelope Valley College for a start.
