Fast paced programs versus college/university programs?

I live in California and i am interested in the Nursing field..now im on the waiting list for a couple of schools for the RN program and is very long..however ive been looking at the everest college and american career college and they sound too good to be true..i know the cons are that you pay a lot however i just want to know if they are worth it and do u recommend to wait or go for it? I just want to know if anyone has experience and i want to know if anyone has heard of these schools and their reputation or where can i go to look for that?

What is RN program? What you mean? Where do you want to study? Sorry but I don't understand....I want to become a doctor and I think it is related with nursing, so I would like to talk with about this subject and why not to give you some advices or tell you what I want to do in future:)
