Nursing - Will the BRN accept a practicing Utah RN x 1 yr & Excelsior Grad?

Nursing 鈥?Will CA BRN allow someone who has been licensed as an RN outside of CA to get a CA License is that person graduated from Excelsior College? I know you can not directly take the Boards as a 鈥渘ew Grad鈥?Will the BRN accept someone who has practiced in Utah (or any other state) for more then a year?

For clarification.....do you have a license to practice in Utah? If yes than contact the Board of Registered Nurses in Sacramento. www.brn.gov and go to the apply for license link.
