How do you transfer to a Nursing school in another state? |
I am currently a student at a community college in California and have finished pretty much all of my prerequisites to get into nursing schools for Cal States. I have a 3.5 cumulative gpa with a 3.5 gpa for my prerequisite science classes as well. I know how it works transferring to a nursing school in California, but i have always wanted to go to school in another state and if i do not do it now, I might never get the chance to. So how would i even start to apply to get into a nursing school at say NYU or Ohio State? I forgot to add...I know in California, UCs and Cal States go with the IGETC and specific nursing prerequisites for each school, but do these schools in other states have the same GE and Nursing requirements? That is what i am worried about Same as one in Cali- |
