My community college doesnt have dorms!? |
ok, i want my college experience to be sociologically beneficial. i want to go to Cisco Junior College (if any of u knows where/what that is). i want to look at their nursing program, and they dont have a student nursing association or dorms!! can i still be social. will i make as many friends and be as close to them?? Universities have residences. usually, cc dont provide dorms. Community Colleges don't usually offer a good social experience, since everyone commutes to school and there aren't many student programs. When or if you transfer to a state school, private school, or another university, you will have a better chance at a good social experience. Most community colleges don't have dorms, or many student activities or organizations. They typically serve a slightly older population that lives nearby. If you want the real 'college experience', try a 4-year college. |
