NURSING - What university should I study at?

I am planning on doing a nursing diploma and have afew universities in mind:
- City University, London.
- London South Bank University, London.
- Kings College, London.
- Anglia Ruskin, Chemsford.
I know about the course in depth and visited the majority of these universitys, but am now not sure what university would benefit me the most.
Has anyone been to any of these university?
Studied nursing at any of these unis?
Looked at nursing at any of these unis but decided not to study there for some reason?
Any information, even just about the area its in, would be greatly apperciated!

Living at homee! Can NOT afford to move out yett!

i looked into studying at kings college and found it to have a top rate reputation but i decided that i would stay in wales as i didnt want to move too far away from home. So if you want somewhere with a good reputation then id say go to kings.

do thorough research and base your decision on facts. that ought to help.

Anglian Ruskin, Chelmsford has no atmosphere. You know that uni atmosphere where you meet lots of other people, get to know your housemates as best mates, go drinking at the uni bar and everything is discounted in your little 'village'... it doesnt happen in Chelmsford.
Most people are from other countries and fly home at the weekends so you dont see anyone.
Saying that, nurses have such difficult shifts, there's no chance you;ll get to know your housemates anyways - just the people you work with.

.KINGS COLLEGE is a top hospital in many fields .I was a patient there when I had liver problems And 2 of my daughters have received part of their anti natal care .also from world renown specialists. ANGLIA RUSKIN is the uni that train the staff at my local hospital Southend as well as Chelmsford . Chelmsford is a fast developing city and BROOMFIELD is the regional burns unit . I see you have chosen within a few miles of London is this because you want to stay close to home and may be not have to find accommodation . I know that Southend Uni are looking to provide good student accommodation so would think Chelmsford would be too. My daughter has quite a few friends at Anglia Ruskin who seem quite happy GOOD LUCK WHICH EVER UNI YOU CHOOSE .

I finished my nurse training just under a year ago now. Remember if you go to any of the London universities the cost of living is so much higher, so your bursary even though you get about seven hundred pounds more than what you do studying else where you have to thinking about how much more you pay to live & general cost of living. Also going out is so much more expensive in London.

I trained in Canterbury Christchurch University, at the Canterbury campus, had a great time, they have a really good student union, freshers week was the best fun you get to know everyone. There is also a good mixture of ages on the university. Also canterbury is a lovely city, with loads to do & you are only about an hour away from London. I had some problems during my training, I found the tutors to be really helpful & supportive.

I have recently had experience of London hospitals I'm glad to stay I work outside of London.
